Jon Campbell is a commercial real estate professional based in Omaha, Nebraska. He has focused in CRE investment, analysis, and advisory services since 2012, with an emphasis in multi-family and industrial assets.
While Jon didn’t start helping with real estate transactions until 2012, Jon’s real estate education really started when he joined his family’s real estate company turning over apartments while in high school. He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Nebraska - Omaha (UNO), majoring in both Real Estate & Land Use Economics and Small Business Management. He also later completed his MBA at UNO.
Jon now owns and operates Thrive Street Living, which manages a portfolio of assets acquired by Jon and his family. Those assets primarily include Class B and Class C multi-family properties ranging from 12 to 83 units in size, along with a mixed portfolio comprised of single family, industrial, flex, and retail properties.
When Jon isn’t working, he spends time with his wife and three sons. He enjoys biking, weight lifting, swimming, and if he isn’t in the office - he’s likely on vacation! Jon is also heavily involved in his community. He and his family lived in North Omaha for 14 years, where Jon was (and still is) a board member and volunteer with Abide while he served local families.

After earning her degree from the University of Las Vegas in 2007, Tara began her career with Turnberry West Construction, where she managed contract negotiations and project oversight for the Fontainebleau Casino project. In 2010, she expanded her expertise while working on the World Trade Center project for an exterior glass company.
In 2011, Tara moved to Los Angeles and joined Robert K. Futterman & Associates (now Newmark) as an executive assistant to the firm’s top broker. During her tenure, she played a key role in leasing efforts for major brands such as Gap, Rag & Bone, Chipotle, and Sam Fox Restaurant Group, supporting projects across Los Angeles, Chicago, Miami, and New York. She also contributed to re-merchandising listings for RKF’s national brand tenants.
For the past eight years, Tara has been a vital part of Thrive Street Living, managing a portfolio of more than 500 residential units and industrial spaces. Over the past five years, she has worked as a licensed real estate agent, specializing in commercial leasing, tenant representation, multi-family, and investment sales before joining KW Commercial in 2024. She looks forward to working with a national brokerage to provide clients with the best services across multiple markets.
